The Ocean Concepts Assistant Instructor course is the first portion of the PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC). You'll not only gain additional experience as an Ocean Concepts Professional but you'll also start learning the PADI System of diver education.

This program of study has a prerequisite of Divemaster from a recognized certification agency and builds off your personal as well as professional level skills. This program prepares you to work in the recreational diving industry as a Master Scuba Diver Trainer.

This program of study has a prerequisite of advanced open water diver from a recognized certification agency and builds off of your basic and task oriented skills. It is also designed for divers with more than four months as a certified diver. This program prepares you to work in the recreational diving industry as a Master Scuba Diver Trainer.
